Your satisfaction is Guaranteed. All claims/refunds must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. No returns will be accepted without a return authorization (RA) number. * After 7 days, items may be returned for a store credit (up to 30 days). Some restriction may apply. Acceptance of merchandise acknowledges acceptance of terms and conditions.

RETURN PROCEDURE
To return an item to fLuXuS. Call 1-323-231-8988 or email us to obtain a return authorization number (RAN) and:

1) Package your return in the original carton. All returned products must be complete including original packaging, accessories, parts, manuals, etc.

2) Please include return authorization form/packing slip:
Reason of return - (A. not as expected, etc.) and Action - (Refund or exchange)

3) Send your return via UPS ground or Insured Parcel Post to:
